Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when a cancellation fee applies and when a refund is or is not available for India e-Visa applications made through IndiaVisa.com.sg.
Before submission for approval
If an application has not yet been submitted for approval, a cancellation fee of USD 50 applies per application.
After submission for approval
Once an application has been submitted for approval, no refund is available.
e-Visa rejection
No refund is available when an e-Visa application is rejected by the relevant immigration authority.
Technical issues
No refund is available for delays caused by technical problems, system errors or website maintenance affecting the immigration authority's website.
Unused e-Visa
No refund is available when an applicant chooses not to use an e-Visa after the service has been performed.
Refund processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 15 business days.
If a refund has not been received after 15 business days, customers may contact info@indiavisa.com.sg to request a status update.
