Joining a short course or volunteering briefly means one extra letter, written by the course provider or the voluntary organization.
- Business e-Visa
Work trips: meetings, trade fairs, conferences, seminars and workshops.
For meetings, an invitation letter is optional where it applies. For conferences, seminars and workshops, the organizer's invitation is listed.
- Medical e-Visa
Care trips: a consultation, treatment or a follow-up visit.
The hospital or treatment institution supplies a letter. A person only accompanying a patient may need a different visa category.
