South Korean Traveler FAQs
How can I tell whether one category is enough for my trip?
Try describing the trip in a single sentence. If a category page matches that sentence, it is enough. If it does not, check current guidance carefully instead of guessing, and compare the categories on the visa options page.
Does the fees page show anything different for South Korean applicants?
No. The website publishes no South Korea-specific price, so the fees page and this page show the same standard list, with the entry type and validity for each option.
What do the bars on the timing scale actually show?
They show the published estimates, 4–5 working days for Regular and 2–3 for Express. They are estimates for the service, not promises of approval or delivery.
Which two papers are never optional in the lists?
The passport bio-data scan and a recent color photograph appear in every category's list. Anything further depends on the purpose, and the requirements guide explains it in general terms; conditions can change.
What should South Korean passport holders have ready before applying for an India eVisa?
Choose the category and service level that match your trip, then have your passport details, a recent photograph, your travel dates and any supporting documents ready, so you can enter every detail exactly as it appears in your documents.
