Are the tab prices specific to Russian passports?
No. The website has no price of its own for Russia, so every tab uses the general list. The fees page carries the same amounts together with entry type and validity.
What do the two timing estimates mean in practice?
Regular is put at 4–5 working days and Express at 2–3. They describe the service rather than an outcome, so approval and delivery are not guaranteed and a buffer is sensible.
Which papers does every category share?
